Shipments

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USP. We have a Standard shipping term that ships for 3 to 7 days via USPS for a cost of $1.99 per order and Priority shipping term that ships 2 to 4 days for a cost of $4.99 per order. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

Our 10 DAY SATISFACTION Guarantee applies to all products that we sell in our online store. If for any reason our products do not work properly with your equipment and/or application, or fail in any way other than physical damage, we will replace it!

Shipped along with every order, is an R/A form and 1-866-407-2895 number to use to take advantage of our Guarantee should you need it. There is no need to become frustrated waiting for days for a return email. Call us, it is that easy! We  are fully stocked distribution center and therefore carry all our own products, and stand behind each and every one of them. We even drop-ship for some of the other retailers you find online selling the same products.
